Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This notice explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We have kept it short on purpose — there is genuinely not much going on: no accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
Who we are
Troubleshooter EOODEIK (company no.): 202843574
23A Dragan Tsankov Blvd., Iztok, Sofia, Bulgaria
dimitar.ivanov@troubleshooter.tech
Troubleshooter EOOD is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.
What we collect, and why
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to send us: your name, email address, message, and — only if you fill it in — your phone number. We use them for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract) and, where that does not apply, Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us).
Server logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) for security and troubleshooting. These are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own domain, so your visit is not disclosed to any font or CDN provider.
Who processes your data
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our email inbox by Formspree, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Formspree participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection for personal data transferred to certified U.S. companies. No other third party receives your data, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and for up to 12 months after our last exchange in case you come back to us. If we enter into a business relationship, the relevant records are kept for the duration of that relationship and any retention periods required by Bulgarian law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is inaccurate;
- delete it ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to our processing of it;
- hand it over in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email dimitar.ivanov@troubleshooter.tech. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian supervisory authority: the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, cpdp.bg.
Changes to this notice
If we change how this website handles personal data — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this notice and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
